Christmas Lunch

The Diva's enjoyed a remarkable turkey lunch with all the fixings.  This event was catered by Charmin's in Lindsay.  Each of the Diva's brought their own place setting, Lady Kerrie won for best setting.  We enjoyed a brief meeting then games. We all played a fantastic game with passing of Christmas socks and each lady brought home a new pair.  Santa made a surprise visit, handing out eh gifts.  We ended the day with a sing song of Christmas Carols.  A big thank you for Lady Gerry for opening your home to us!!

Frosty John's

On November 29, 2016, a few of the Diva's got together to enjoy a new restaurant in Bowmanville.  This was a luncheon put on by Lady |Carolyn.  Good food, fantastic prices and great conversation.  A good time was had by all!
 

3 Steps Up

Lady's Gerry, Kerrie, Arlene, Helen, Ingrid, Hilda, Carolyn, Nancy and Queen Joan got together for another wonderful tea in Whitby on October 25, 2016.  This high tea consisted of a squash soup to start, then a wonderful array of assorted sandwiches and sweets.  We then had a quick meeting to discuss upcoming events. Another fabulous tea!! Thanks for arranging this Queen Joan!

Tea Granny and Friends

Lady Elaine graciously arranged for the Diva's to experience another super tea at Tea Granny and Friends on Sept 28, 2016.

Arlene's Cottage

It was a very hot day for the Diva's to venture out to lady Arlene's cottage on August 10, 2016.  A very poor turn out but that can be expected during the summer months.  Food was abundant and conversation was fantastic as always.  It's too bad we could not have a fire due to the burn ban in effect.  

Ingrid's Cottage

Another nice hot day to meet at Ingrid's cottage for a pot luck. This was held on September 4, 2016.  Another poor turn out, the men were included at this event.  Lady Gerry accidentally went for a swim but she managed to save the wine glass lol  Thanks for the invitation Lady Ingrid!

Cat and The Fiddle

Hello Diva's
Feb 12, 2016 was the day our stay at home Diva's got together for some winter conversation.  7 Diva's turned out for food and laughs.  We reminisced, we played a card game and we just generally enjoyed each others company. Food was only so so this time.  But at any rate, We found that the legion has Friday luncheons!! Will give it a try!! Thanks Ladies Elva and Linda for our get together!!

Chanterelle Bistro Bowmanville

A few Diva's got together to enjoy another delicious lunch at Chanterelle Bistro in Bowmanville. on October  21, 2015.   Lady Carolyn put this event together as Lady Arlene was supposed to be working and did not help but at the last minutes, shifts got changed and Lady Arlene was able to attend.  Thanks Lady Carolyn for your hospitality!

Soup and Sandwich

Lady Marilyn opened up her home to the Divas on October 7 2015 for another fabulous soup and sandwich event at her home!!  Soup was awesome and hot!!  Company was exceptional!!  Thanks Lady Marilyn for the use of your talents once again!
