Pembroke, Ontario

Seven Diva's and five associate Diva's attended this amazing Fiesta week-end. ( arrived on Friday afternoon and the other 3 ladies arrived Saturday afternoon. We did some shopping in the town and then we ate, we danced, we drank, we swam, and we sung. Yes ladies, we sang our Diva Ditty not once but twice this week-end. The Dj's that the Queen's Council had brought for our entertainment were outstanding. We had dance lessons by the DJ's and they even danced with the gals every so often. A nice treat. Breakfast was buffet style and scrumptious. Our gang even took home a few prizes from this event. Yeah for us!!!

Bobcaygeon, Ontario

9 Diva's met for lunch at Kawartha Tea and Coffee on September 16, 2010. As always the food was delicious. Desert was amazing. Thank you Lady Elaine for organizing this event. It was nice to see everyone again.

Diva Day- Swiss Chalet, then Queen B's

On September 2, 2010, some of the Diva's were able to make it our Queen B's home. We went down to Swiss Chalet for lunch and then back to her home where she served awesome desserts and beverages. It was a pleasant change to not have a potluck for a change. Thanks for the suggestion Queen B!<

Gerry's Annual Pool Party

This is an annual event now at our own Diva's home. Lady Gerry and Cabana Boy Bill, who is the master bar-b-que-er opened their home once again on August 10, 2010. We enjoyed the conversations, food and drinks not to mention the pool and the hot tub. We even managed a few exercises in the pool!! Thanks for the memories!!

McLeod Park, Cannington, Ontario

It is a potluck lunch at the park to celebrate Lady Linda's birthday since we didn't get to do it earlier. A few of the Diva's managed to make it. The rain even held off just for us. It was a nice way to celebrate!!

Stratford and Evita

Evita is playing on this day-July 6, 2010 in Stratford Ontario at the theatre. Some ladies are spending the night, some are coming home. Not sure if I will get any photo's to post.

Surprise party for our Queen B Ingrid

What a day of surprises for our very own Queen B Ingrid. We set it up so that she just thought she was coming to a potluck lunch. She got a surprise when we started singing Happy birthday. Almost all the ladies showed up, we even had 3 guests to help celebrate the day. Some the ladies played Newfie Horseshoes, Fun game!! It was a hot day but well worth the expression in our Queen's face. happy Birthday Ingrid. Many more to come!!

Mystery tour with Lady Joan W

Lady Joan W gave us a pleasant mystery tour. We met in Port Hope for coffee, then travelled along the highway where we ended up shopping at White Feather's Country stores, sister store, The Taste Of Country. We then had an all you can eat lunch of Chinese Food, From there we seen the live show called "The Full Monty." A wonderful way to spend the day!! Thanks Lady Joan for all you did!!

Arbonne Party at Arlene's

On June 5, 2010, a few gals got together for some pampering and fun with my good friend Angie P. She gave us hand scrubs, foot scrubs and facials. What a way to spend a Saturday afternoon.Thanks Angie!!!

AGM and Pot Luck at Lady Kerrie's

Most of Diva's were able to make it to Lady Kerrie's home on May 17, 2010 for an annual general meeting. 14/15-not too bad!! It was a beautiful day and we discussed alot of items today. See our list of upcoming events for further info and check the memo I sent. Thank you Kerrie for opening your home to us gals.

Lilac Festival In Lindsay Ontario

On May 31, 2010, 9 ladies gathered to partake in the frangrance at the annual Lindsay Lilac Festival at Logie Park. We were all amazed at the amount of Lilacs still in bloom due to the fact spring came early this year. We had a personal guided tour and learned lots of valuable information. We then went to the Fox and the Fiddle for a nice luncheon.

Frankenmuth and Holland Michigan

8 Diva's travelled to Michigan to shop, and to see the sites. We enjoyed one night near the outlet mall in Frankenmuth and then travelled over to Holland to partake in the tulip festival. One of my favourite sites was the Windmill Island Garden. We took a tour of the windmill and visited the shops. Another favourite was the trolley tour. A good time was had by all (I hope).

We celebrated two birthday's today, Lady Gerry and Lady Arlene. We also welcomed home our snowbirds. Great to see you all again!! We did eventually get our hats decorated!!

St Patrick's Day

We celebrated with other groups today right on St Patricks Day. We ate Irish food and drank green beer. Great times!!
